SEO Cobra Review
If you’re looking for a short SEO Cobra review, here it is. I’ll just jump right into it with some pros and cons.
Pros:
+ Decent network of sites.
+ 500+ sites currently with more being added.
+ Decent quality content is required.
+ Limited membership.
+ Niche specific sites allowing for relevant links.
+ You could link to as many different sites as you want without pre-approval of your domains.
Neutral
+/- 200 words for 2 links 300 words for 2 links or 200 words with a video/image and 2 links. Time it takes to publish an article just went up.
+/- Article approvals used to be quite fast but as more members join, it’s getting slower.
Cons:
- $75 $100 a month can hurt your pocket if you don’t actually use it.
- Not all sites are worth getting a link from. Some seem to be brand new. Some aren’t indexed.
- If you want in now, you can’t because it’s currently closed.
- Niche specific sites means you need to write about various topics for your articles to be accepted if there aren’t a lot of sites in your niche. This could be annoying when trying to pretend to write about a topic you don’t know about and trying to fit your keyword in.
So far, according to my testing, it’s giving me decent results. If the owner follows through on what he said he will do, then SEO Cobra should be pretty strong down the line.
Update: After 3 months of testing using Cobra exclusively, I give it a 6/10. The increase in rankings were okay overall but nothing spectacular. They recently re-opened their doors to allow more people to sign up but at $100/month. It’s closed again and I don’t know when the doors will re-open but there’s a good chance it’ll be even more expensive when it does. Unless you have money to do so and have exhausted other, less expensive networks, you may want to reconsider joining especially at this higher price.
I still think it has a potential to be a great network down the line but for right now, SEO Cobra is overpriced in its current state in my opinion.
If you haven’t already, join Build My Rank (highly recommended). It’s cheaper, easier, and more effective. Period.
